I did not go to the Wilds trip, but I talked to everyone who did go and found about how awesome of a trip it was. Apparently it was very cold at the wilds around 55 degrees, and everyone huddled like Emperor Penguins. The highlight of the trip was seeing the Horned Larks. They are truly majestic birds with their cute horns and yellow bellies. I wish I had been there to see them. Other than the larks other passerines were seen including Song Sparrows, Redwinged Blackbirds, White Crowned Sparrows, and the infamous Bird that Rocks. The Wilds was a great trip and a great learning experience. :)
